Medicare is a business established 22 years ago in the medical equipment/service industry their focus is on supplying medical equipment within the private sector to three main groups namely, Netcare, Life healthcare and Mediclinic with whom they are preferred suppliers. The strategy is also to grow the public sector with a key driver being the public-private partnerships. Medicare are looking to expand their services into Southern Africa and are also working to supply a large network of medical specialists and practitioners more regularly.
